For the efficient performance of our services, we leave below our terms and conditions:

Our Bouquets must be ordered at least 3 days in advance, if you want it from one day to the next you must confirm availability.

Helium gas is not flammable, it must be taken into consideration that when the helium balloons are placed in front of the air conditioning, the gas particles are compressed and the balloons deflate automatically, this is a natural process. Avoid placing in front of or under the air conditioner.

When balloons are placed in direct sunlight, the latex or metallic material boils and bursts.

Do not leave the bouquet or decoration in the car since the heat, the steam, causes them to deflate or explode.

Latex balloons with helium last between 24 to 48 hours, microfoil balloons last from 7 to 15 days with helium gas, depending on weather conditions or their use.

For shipments, you must indicate the exact address with postal code, house or apartment number, telephone number of the person receiving it, name of the urbanization, if possible attach the location with all the data mentioned above. If you send a wrong address you will have an additional charge for delivery.

If it is your choice to pick up the Bouquet or decoration in our store, take into consideration that some of our products are large, volume and delicate, they must have a suitable and unoccupied vehicle to move it. We are not responsible for the manipulation and final result in which your Bouquet or decoration may arrive.

When the balloons are pricked, deflated or burst they should be discarded. Keep waste away from children and pets as they can drown.

Microfoil balloons can be transmitters of electricity. Please avoid dropping them or bringing them close to power lines.

You must indicate if the person to be surprised is allergic to latex, to avoid the material in the decoration.

If you move the decoration from one place to another it is your responsibility.

The client must provide all the corresponding information for the elaboration of their decoration or Bouquet colors, design, personalized balloons, age, name and reason (birthday, love, baptism, communion, happy day…)

We will upload to our social networks or website photos of the client and their decoration or Bouquet, if you do not agree with the publication of these images, please notify us. We promise not to publish the client, however we will publish our work (only our decoration, only our Bouquet)

In case of postponing the delivery, availability will be verified to schedule a new date.

In case of cancellation of the service, only 50% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Failure to comply with the terms and conditions of this contract. We are not responsible for any damage or loss that may be suffered.

We are not responsible for spelling errors, the customization will be placed as you sent it, please verify.

Depending on the color of the tshirt the colors of the design may be affected.

Check the table of the tshirts because if you select the wrong size we are not responsible.
